🚚 Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order required.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days nationwide. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) may receive orders in 2–3 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your VOLTO device. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

  • Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Process: Contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp to initiate a return. We'll arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🔧 Warranty Claims

All VOLTO devices come with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. If your device develops a fault due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period:

  • Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will repair or replace the device free of charge.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
